Overview

The 21th International Conference on Intelligent Computing (INTCOM 2026) will take place from July 3-6, 2026 in O2 Universum, Prague, Czech Republic. The INTCOM 2026 conference aims to provide industry experts and academic researchers with valuable insights and perspectives on new and emerging topics in Information and Communications Technology (ICT). All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, selected papers will be recommended for publication in special issues of two journals indexed by SCIE or KCI.

Publishing and Award
 
1. Conference Paper Publishing
All accepted conference papers will be published in the conference proceedings of INTCOM 2026. Authors submitting papers should refer to the 
format form, available for download from the INTCOM 2026 website. Please ensure that your paper adheres to the specified length requirements, 
which allocate 2 pages for short papers and 3-6 pages for full papers.
2. Journal publishing
Papers of exceptional quality presented at the INTCOM 2026 conference and/or workshop will be selected for further revision and subsequent publication in the following esteemed international journals.
 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems (indexed by SCIE)
 Journal of Internet Computing and Services (indexed by KCI)
3. Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be presented during the conference’s closing session. Award nominees are limited to authors of full papers.
Call for Workshops

We welcome proposals for workshops on special and emerging topics in any area related to the above 16 tracks of the 21th INTCOM 2026. Interested parties should email a one-page workshop proposal to ksii@ksii.or.kr, including the following information:
Title of the workshop or special session: e.g., Special Session on Generative AI
Brief description of the workshop or special session in 200-400 words
Workshop or special session chair(s): name, affiliation, country, phone number, and e-mail address
